Andy Slaughter is the Body Shop Manager for Burroughs Companies. On a daily basis, he oversees workflow and consistently looks ahead for each employee’s next task. He constantly prepares for the next day by reviewing the next day’s agenda to ensure everything is aligned properly. He strives daily to provide excellent satisfaction for not only the customers, but for the employees, as well.
